Gold Alert - Ash Cloud / Flight disruptions update for 27 June

URGENT COMMUNICATION

AIRLINES RESUME OPERATIONS

UPDATE : 09.30am, 27 June 2011

We are delighted to bring you the final chapter in the Chilean Ash Cloud saga.

Thank you to all our clients who have had their flights disrupted during the past two weeks. Your patience and understanding while we’ve worked through all the bookings has been greatly appreciated.

Thanks too to our team of consultants for a sensational effort. They contacted and rebooked over 200 passengers a day in addition to their regular workloads.    They stayed on hold to the airlines up to 4 hours at a time and worked back each day to ensure all travellers bookings were dealt with.
